Try this recipe as a great way to use up leftover roast vegetables. The traditional English corned beef classic can easily translate into a delicious sandwich filling, served fresh or toasted.

  1. What you need

    • Select the number of serves you require for this recipe, and the quantity of ingredients will be automatically adjusted accordingly.
  2. Hash Patties

    • In a pot, bring milk to a simmer and add KNORR Potato Flakes.
    • Stir to combine. Remove and allow to cool.
    • Fold through leftover roast vegetables, corned beef, green beans, breadcrumbs and parsley.
    • Shape hash into oval-shaped patties to make 10 large patties. Chill for 2 hours.
    • Fry patties until golden brown. Drain.
  3. Mustard Mayo

    • Mix HELLMANN'S Real Mayonnaise and English mustard. Set aside.
  4. To Serve

    • Spread mustard mayo on bread, then top with rocket, one patty and dill pickles. Serve.
