Preparation

  1. Method

    • Melt butter in a large saucepan. Add cauliflower, carrot, garlic, onion and cook until tender without browning.
    • Add the water and CONTINENTAL Professional Gluten Free Cream of Cauliflower Soup Mix and simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring continuously. Stir in the cream and cook gently until heated through.
    • Lightly pan fry bacon until golden, drain.
    • Serve soup garnished with bacon and chives.
