Preparation

  1. What you need

    • Select the number of serves you require for this recipe, and the quantity of ingredients will be automatically adjusted accordingly.
  2. Glaze

    • Combine KNORR Chinese Honey Soy Sauce and KNORR Thai Sweet Chilli Jam in a bowl.
  3. Herb Crust

    • Combine the salted butter, brioche crumbs, minced garlic, chopped parsley, almonds, and lemon zest.
  4. Ham

    • Run a small knife around the bone handle, down each side of the ham and under the rind on the cut face.
    • Remove skin from ham by sliding fingers under the rind on the cut face and running them back and forth to loosen, while pulling back the rind.
    • Score a diamond pattern across the fat with a small sharp knife — avoid cutting into the meat. Cover the bone handle with baking paper and foil. Season the ham and place in a large roasting pan. Set aside.
    • Brush some of the glaze over the ham, reserving ½ cup of the glaze for serving. Transfer the ham to the oven, set at 180°C. Baste regularly with the remaining glaze until the glaze sets, about 30–40 minutes.
    • Spread the herb crust over the glazed ham and continue to cook until golden, about 20–30 minutes.
  5. Honey Soy Chilli Jam Gravy

    • Combine KNORR Golden Roast Gravy with warm water (500 ml per 10 serves) in a saucepan over high heat until boiling.
  6. To Serve

    • Place the ham onto a serving platter, with the reserved glaze on the side.
