  • Onions, diced 100.0 g
  • Beef, mince 1.0 kg

Cream Sauce


This recipe is simple to make with only four ingredients and all cooked in the oven. Adding KNORR Concentrated Liquid Stock in the cream makes a flavourful and quick sauce that is also delicious.

Preparation

  1. Meatballs

    • Combine the onions and beef mince together and form into 50g meatballs.
    • Place on a large roasting tray and cook until browned at 180 degree Celsius.
  2. Cream Sauce

    • Combine the cream and KNORR Concentrated Liquid Stock and add to the cooked meatballs. Cook for a further 10 minutes.
  3. Serve Suggestion

    • Serve with mashed potato, steamed sugar snap peas and a side salad.
