Preparation

  1. What you need

    • Select the number of serves you require for this recipe, and the quantity of ingredients will be automatically adjusted accordingly.
  2. Chipotle Mayo

    • Combine KNORR American Chipotle BBQ Sauce and HELLMANN'S Real Mayonnaise. Set aside.
  3. To Cook & Serve

    • Grill or pan fry the chorizo until golden brown. Drain and keep warm.
    • Deep fry the hashbrowns until golden and crisp. Drain and keep warm.
    • Deep fry the baby kale leaves until crisp. Drain and keep warm.
    • Fry the eggs. Lightly toast the brioche buns.
    • Build the burger in this order: bottom bun, chipotle mayo, hashbrown, fried egg, chorizo, kale, and top bun.
