  1. What you need

    • Select the number of serves you require for this recipe, and the quantity of ingredients will be automatically adjusted accordingly.
  2. Lime Aioli

    • Place HELLMANN’S Real Mayonnaise, roasted garlic, and KNORR Thai Lime Powder in a bowl and whisk to combine.
  3. Charred Prawns

    • Peel prawns, leaving the heads and tails on. Skewer from the tail to the head.
    • Heat a grill pan over high heat. Drizzle the prawns with olive oil and grill for 4 minutes on each side until cooked.
  4. To Serve

    • Season the prawns with salt and pepper. Serve with lime aioli and a squeeze of finger limes on top. Garnish with micro herbs.
