Peri Peri can give life to any sandwich with a bit of a kick. This beauty of a sauce is mixed with the World’s No.1 Mayo, HELLMANN'S, and goes great with chips as a dipping sauce on the side.

Preparation

  1. Method

    • Season chicken breasts. Grill or pan fry until cooked then slice. 
    • Combine KNORR World Cuisine Portuguese Peri Peri Sauce with HELLMANN'S Real Mayonnaise. 
    • Lightly toast ciabatta rolls. 
    • Spread rolls with peri peri mayonnaise mixture, then top with sliced chicken and rocket. Serve with chips.
