Preparation

  1. What you need

    • Select the number of serves you require for this recipe, and the quantity of ingredients will be automatically adjusted accordingly.
  2. Tartare Slaw

    • Mix HELLMANN'S Real Mayonnaise with buttermilk, dill, chives, capers, and dill pickles until well combined.
    • Add shredded cabbages to the tartare dressing. Toss through until fully combined.
  3. To Assemble and Serve

    • Deep fry the fish fillets until crisp and golden. Drain.
    • Spread with one side of each roll with tartare slaw.
    • Top with deep fried fish fillets and slices of pickle.
    • Serve with hot chips or roast vegetables and lemon wedges on the side.
