What you need


A vegan take on the traditional roast dinner that still packs a flavour punch. Whole cauliflower is marinated with BBQ sauce and eschallots, then roasted for a beautiful charred exterior that goes well with creamy, spicy dressing.

Preparation

  1. What you need

    • Select the number of serves you require for this recipe, and the quantity of ingredients will be automatically adjusted accordingly.  
  2. Cauliflower

    • Combine eschallots and KNORR American Chipotle BBQ Sauce.
    • Pour over cauliflower and marinate for 2–3 hours.
    • Roast in a combi oven at 160˚ C for 1 hour, covered.
    • Remove cover and roast for further 20 minutes.  
  3. Dressing

    • Combine HELLMANN'S Vegan Mayonnaise and chilli puree. Set aside.
  4. To Serve

    • Arrange the cauliflower on a serving platter. Slice, and drizzle over dressing.
    • Garnish with micro herbs and sesame seeds.
