Preparation

  1. What you need

    • Select the number of serves you require for this recipe, and the quantity of ingredients will be automatically adjusted accordingly.
  2. Pickled Vegetables

    • Gently heat the rice wine vinegar, sugar and salt in a saucepan. Stir until sugar and salt dissolve. Allow to cool.
    • Once cooled, pour over the prepared carrots and white radish. Toss gently, cover and place in the fridge to chill.
  3. To Assemble and Serve

    • Cut each roll in half lengthways. Spread the cut base with HELLMANN’S Real Mayonnaise and then spread the top of the cut roll with the chicken liver pâté.
    • Layer on the sliced pork belly, pickled vegetables, spring onions and chillies.
    • Garnish with coriander before serving.
