Preparation

  1. What you need

    • Select the number of serves you require for this recipe, and the quantity of ingredients will be automatically adjusted accordingly.
  2. Pork Patties

    • In a bowl, mix the pork mince with grated pear, breadcrumbs, grated parmesan, and chopped sage until well combined.
    • Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes. Pan fry or grill the patties until cooked through.
  3. Pear Gravy

    • Cut the extra pears into thin wedges. Sauté until golden and tender.
    • Add KNORR Rich Brown Gravy and 500 ml of water. Bring to a boil and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  4. To Serve

    • Plate the pork patties with sautéed pear gravy poured over. Serve with steamed vegetables and mash.
