Ideal for burgers, sandwiches, and wraps, this twist on a classic sweet relish combines the distinct smoky barbecue taste with the unique sweetness of maple syrup to create a killer condiment.

Preparation

  1. Method

    • Mix maple syrup with liquid smoke until fully combined.
    • Heat a little oil in a nonstick frying pan over medium heat. Add the bacon and cook for 3-4 minutes, then add the maple syrup mixture. Cook for a further 3-4 minutes until deep golden and reduced. Stir through KNORR American Tomato Chilli Relish and serve warm.
