Sweet and sticky, this balsamic jus is so delicious yet fast to prepare using KNORR Jus Gluten Free and KNORR Italian Glaze with Balsamic. It will liven up any steak menu. Add a woody herb such as rosemary, thyme, or oregano for an extra level of depth.

Preparation

  1. Method

    • In a large pan, heat 500 ml of water. Whisk in KNORR Jus Gluten Free and bring to the boil. Simmer for 2–3 minutes and continue whisking until smooth. 
    • Stir through rosemary and KNORR Italian Glaze with Balsamic, simmer for a further 4-5 minutes, and serve.
