In this recipe, we're enhancing the flavour of tender pork chops by marinating them in KNORR Patak's Tandoori Paste. Once the chops are cooked off on a grill or in a pan, we're serving it with a roast veg and a quick sauce made with KNORR Patak's Rogan Josh Paste and KNORR Italiana Pronto Napoli.

Preparation

  1. What you need

    • Select the number of serves you require for this recipe, and the quantity of ingredients will be automatically adjusted accordingly.
  2. Tandoori Pork Chops

    • Mix KNORR Patak's Tandoori Paste together with some oil and water (200 ml per 10 serves).
    • Spread the marinade over the pork chops and allow to marinate for 1 hour.
    • Heat extra oil on a grill or in a pan and fry the pork chops until cooked through.
    • Remove and rest.
  3. Rogan Josh Sauce

    • In a large saucepan, heat up KNORR Patak's Rogan Josh Paste together with KNORR Italiana Pronto Napoli. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. To Serve

    • Dish up the pork chops with rogan josh sauce and accompaniments of roasted vegetables and steamed peas.
