  • Carrot, thinly sliced 200.0 g
  • Red onions, thinly sliced 300.0 g
  • Yellow Capsicum, thinly sliced 450.0 g
  • Red Capsicum, thinly sliced 450.0 g
  • Red cabbage, thinly sliced 450.0 g
  • Green cabbage, thinly sliced 450.0 g
  • Jalapenos, thinly sliced 3.0 x

The key to a good coleslaw is a good variety of fresh vegetables and a full flavoured dressing to match. This recipe uses a variety of seasonal vegetables and a sharp lime mayonnaise dressing.

Preparation

  1. Coleslaw

    • Char grill corn. Remove corn kernels.
  2. Lime Mayonnaise Dressing

    • Combine KNORR Lime Powder and 150ml water. Whisk in HELLMANN'S Mayonnaise.
  3. To Serve

    • Place all coleslaw ingredients in a bowl; pour over dressing, tossing to combine.
  4. Chef's Tip

    • Use a mandolin to slice vegetables to save time.
