Unilever Food Solutions has partnered with Regis aged care to create five delicious recipes of popular aged care meals with detailed instructions on how to adapt them to the four most common IDDSI texture levels, 4 to 7. Each recipe has been developed and tested using the International Dysphagia Diet Standardisation Initiative (IDDSI) testing methods and is also accompanied by a video tutorial.
