Preparation

  1. What you need

    • Select the number of serves you require for this recipe, and the quantity of ingredients will be automatically adjusted accordingly.

  2. Creamy Fish Filling

    • Sweat the onions with half of the butter. Once softened, add in KNORR Hollandaise Sauce.
    • Place the diced fish in a deep oven tray, then pour the onions and hollandaise to cover.

  3. Mash

    • Boil water (1 l per 10 serves) and whisk in CONTINENTAL Mashed Potato Mix.
    • Add in the remaining half of the butter, mix well, then remove from heat.
    • Spread the mash evenly on top of the fish.

  4. To Finish and Serve

    • Bake the fish pie in the oven at 180°C for 25–30 minutes or until fish is cooked.
    • Serve with blanched sugar snap peas and steamed corn.
