  • Red onion, peeled and diced 100.0 g

Preparation

  1. Marinade

    • Combine marinade ingredients and pour over the ribs to marinate for 24 hours.
    • Remove from marinade and flame grill until cooked through, basting regularly.
  2. Salsa

    • To make the salsa, toss together tomato and red onion.
  3. To Serve

    • Serve the ribs garnished with salsa.
