Preparation

  1. What you need

    • Select the number of serves you require for this recipe, and the quantity of ingredients will be automatically adjusted accordingly.
  2. Burger Patties

    • Mince the chuck steak at medium grind, or get your butcher to do it.
    • Form into even patties (150 g patties per 10 serves). Season lightly with salt and pepper.
    • Grill to your preferred doneness.
    • Just before the patties finish cooking, place the cheese slices and allow to melt.
  3. To Assemble and Serve

    • Lightly grill the burger bun halves. Spread HELLMANN'S Real Mayonnaise over the base of each bun.
    • Build the burger in this order: base bun, lettuce, a beef patty with cheese, onions, mustard, ketchup, pickles, and bun lid.
    • Serve with freshly deep-fried onion rings.
